Position: Retail Store Manager Company: SK OBERAI & SONS PTY LTD Location: Gracemere, 4702, Queensland Salary: $73,000 to $76,000 + Super Benefits You will grow with us Generous in-store discounts for our team members Small team environment Ongoing training and career opportunities Tasks & Responsibilities You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our busy store, including: Overseeing daily operations of the store Managing inventory and stock levels Leading up to 10 to 12 people per shift Delivering food of exceptional quality and in line with strict food safety guidelines Motivating your team to achieve key shift targets Cash management Rostering and planning Promoting and advertising the store in the local area Training and supervising staff Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues Driving sales and meeting targets Providing exceptional customer service Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Qualifications & Experience Previous retail management experience (at least two years) in a food store Diploma or higher qualification Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food industry regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule A head for figures, with experience managing budgets, targets, and other financial aspects A high level of food safety awareness Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills Full-time work rights in Australia About the Company SK OBERAI & SONS PTY is a franchisee of the successful food brand Domino's Pizza.
