ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Retail Technology Delivery Lead to join our Global Retail and Merchandising Systems IT department! In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of retail technology initiatives, ensuring schedules and investments align with business priorities and best use of IT resources. Key Responsibilities: Engaging cross-functional teams within IT and the business to develop, maintain, and communicate a roadmap and schedule of technology change initiatives across retail, including BAU and Grow initiatives. Partnering with technology and business stakeholders to develop business cases for retail technology change. Engaging with application development partners to maintain delivery schedules and communicate risks and delays to Cotton On stakeholders. Managing the delivery of technology change into store, including leading technology deployment teams and business change. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a similar project lead role working with cross-functional teams to achieve results (in retail and merchandising systems is a bonus!) Knowledge of general technology principles and retail operations. Clear communication skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders and influence outcomes. Proactive and adaptable under pressure, whilst maintaining effective decision-making. Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
