As a Retention Team Leader in our contact centre, you will play a crucial role in leading a team dedicated to engaging customers and addressing their needs effectively. You will employ strategic thinking to identify opportunities for leading and motivating a team to achieve retention goals, analyzing customer behavior and feedback, implementing effective retention strategies, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
