Our St Hedwig site at Blacktown has brand-new Retirement Living units for sale in Stage 1 with Stage 2 under council approval, and we are looking for an experienced and genuine Property Sales Representative to join our Property Sales and Marketing team. This exciting new opportunity will see you working closely with the Senior Manager of Property Sales and Marketing as well as internal and external stakeholders to support potential buyers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry through to contract signing. As a Property Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping seniors and their families find the perfect retirement living option within our vibrant, welcoming community. Your engaging nature and passion for quality living will assist you in promoting the features and benefits of our new Retirement Living units, ensuring prospective buyers are fully informed and supported. Your demonstrated property sales experience ideally within Retirement Living and your success in closing the sale, together with your understanding of the unique needs of seniors to offer them the best housing options and services that fit those needs, is key to achieving sales targets in this unique and rewarding role. Within this role you’ll be responsible for: Scheduling and conducting tours for potential residents, their families, and authorised representatives Executing contracts and other documentation for a seamless sales transaction Providing weekly and monthly sales reports Assisting with providing sales forecasts to reach settlement targets Nurturing depositors through the sales process Identifying and building ongoing relationships with local community groups to develop sales leads and opportunities Working with our existing community via our CRM platform to engage with potential purchasers Assisting with village sales events at the village and at Retirement Expos The ideal applicant is highly organised with exceptional communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
