We currently operate eight villages in Victoria, one in New South Wales and one in Queensland. A casual relief management position now exists at our two Villages located in Bendigo, Victoria. Bendigo Domain has 216 resident villas and when complete Bendigo Fields will have 206 resident villas. In this role you will relieve the village managers whilst they are on leave. There is also potential to relieve at other Country Club Living’s sites. You will enjoy the challenge of managing a retirement village including helping with resident enquiries, assisting with sales of new and refurbished villas and carrying out some administrative duties. To excel in this role, you will require strong management and interpersonal skills, be energetic, bright and outgoing and have a caring and thoughtful nature. As our residents are mature people over the age of 55, you should enjoy dealing with clientele in this age bracket and have an understanding of what is important to them.
