The Rewards Manager has accountability in building and implementing rewards solutions in alignment with our remuneration philosophy that helps to drive business and individual performance. The rewards solutions will include, and not be limited to, Mobility-related processes of Optus. The role will deliver operational activities and programs that support rewards and Mobility-related programs to HR Business Partners and business leaders across Optus. Your day in the life of a Rewards Manager at Optus You will be responsible for all operations of our employee mobility programs related to visa, contract, relocation, etc., with a focus on compliance, planning, efficiency, benchmarking, and cost-effectiveness. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with external partners and networks in the mobility ecosystem. Work closely with other People & Culture (P&C) colleagues, including Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams, to align messaging and enhance employee experience. Review and set up mobility-related support for all new hires as may be required. Your skills to pay the bills Extensive experience in a Mobility rewards role. Basic understanding of the Australian HR legal and regulatory environment. Knowledge of employee recognition and benefits programs, processes, issues, and considerations. Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business, or Commerce. Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
