Contract Duration: 11 weeks. Immediate start. Location: Melbourne with some travel across Regional Victoria. Good Hourly rate $60 to $70 commensurate with experience. We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to join the Corporate Services / Audit & Risk division on a temporary 11-week basis. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, this role involves supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of an integrated enterprise risk management framework. Key Responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic advice on risk mitigation strategies. Support the embedding of risk management into organisational processes to enable risk-informed decision-making. Assist in meeting compliance requirements with the Victorian Government Risk Management Framework. Manage insurance policy reviews to ensure adequate coverage and explore opportunities for cost efficiencies. Develop and deliver risk management training and communication initiatives to promote a positive risk culture. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective risk processes and reporting. Key Selection Criteria: Postgraduate qualification or certification in Risk Management, Business, or a related discipline. Proven experience in risk management, including knowledge of standards, methodologies, and emerging practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement. Current Victorian Driver's License and ability to travel locally as required.
