Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Risk and Compliance Advisor to join our award-winning team in Archerfield, Brisbane. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role. As a Risk and Compliance Advisor you will: Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of processes and documentation to support risk and SHEQ management within HDAL. Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of business frameworks to support compliance with AS / NZS ISO 31000 : 2009 Risk Management, ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001 : 2015 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 : 2018 OHS Management Standards. Assist in the identification and maintenance of health, safety and environmental legislative obligations relevant to HDAL business operations including compliance monitoring. Undertake internal audits as required SHEQ. Lead the audit team and be responsible for the calendar. Travel regularly for compliance activity. Why Hastings Deering? About You A successful teammate will have experience in: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Experience in managing teams. Diploma qualified in Health and Safety and / or Risk Management or similar relevant qualification. Knowledge of HSE legislation in addition to ISO standards.
