As a Manager in the Risk Culture Team, you will think critically about patterns of human behaviour and culture, and apply that understanding to the effective management of risk. This will involve the generation, interpretation and monitoring of behavioural insights, design and implementation of actions to strengthen risk culture and review and reporting of progress to Senior Management. What you offer Experience with behavioural and/or cultural reviews, including leading interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative insights. Practical experience with survey design, build and analysis, including using tools such as Qualtrics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate nuanced concepts and findings to different audiences. Sound project management skills to ensure adequate scoping and timely delivery of initiatives, effective prioritisation and management of stakeholder expectations. Relevant qualifications in Organisational or Social Psychology, Behavioural Science, Behavioural Economics or a related discipline. Prior experience within financial services or financial services regulation is not essential, but beneficial. Experience in management consultancy, legal, risk management, audit or human resources is not essential, but beneficial. We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
