Risk Management Specialist | 3 Month Contract $803.06 - $849.46 p/d + super 3 Month Contract Parramatta We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our Finance, Legal & Risk team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, management, and monitoring of our company's Risk Management Framework and Corporate Risk Management Plan. You will also be instrumental in embedding a positive risk culture across the organization while maintaining a high standard of safety and risk management excellence. Key Responsibilities: Prioritize the safety of our employees and always role model safe behaviour in all activities. Align decisions and actions with the Values at all times. Implement strategies and activities to embed and improve the Risk Management Framework across the company. Lead the identification and implementation of enhancements to our Risk Management Framework and Corporate Risk Management Plan. Collaborate with senior management to assess emerging risks and update the Corporate Risk Management Plan. Prepare detailed risk management reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Audit & Risk Management Committee, and the Audit & Risk Committee. Provide subject matter expertise on risk management processes and support Risk Owners, Business Subject Matter Experts, and Business Risk Champions. Design and facilitate educational sessions to raise awareness about risk management practices and address key issues. Develop and execute a communications strategy to foster a positive risk management culture throughout the organization. Monitor and update risk management policies, procedures, and tools to reflect current industry best practices. Stay informed on emerging issues and collaborate with regulatory bodies to manage external requests and compliance requirements. Develop and maintain an intranet page to provide practical resources and tools for all employees. About You: Proven experience in managing and implementing end-to-end projects. Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks across organizations. Experience in driving change initiatives related to risk management and business continuity.
