As a Manager, you will be part of our Centre of Excellence, responsible for creating tools, procedures, and risk frameworks to embed our policies across the organisation. You will contribute towards the identification, development, and implementation of Group-wide risk frameworks, tooling, and initiatives to strengthen the foundational capability of Data, Records and AI risk management across the organisation. You will be pivotal in the success of our Centre of Excellence meeting its responsibility relating to the management of risks across our policies. We work closely with our stakeholders across the group to drive consistent and effective embedment of our policies and associated risk frameworks. We also define and drive the strategic direction of the Data, Records, and AI risk management within the organisation, partnering with our stakeholders to collectively work towards our strategic objectives. The Group Data, Risk & AI COE ensures to retain Group’s competitive advantage and create value through effective group policies that ensure quality of data sharing is made safer, faster, and better. We are seeking people who are: Knowledgeable in operational risk management, with a robust understanding of risk and control frameworks and industry best practice. Highly motivated and inquisitive risk professionals who are eager to apply innovative solutions to complex risk design challenges. Effective communicators, capable of leading meetings with senior stakeholders across the organisation and fostering strong connections within our data and risk community. Well-versed in persuasion and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively guide and shape discussions and outcomes. Dedicated to continuous improvement, open to both giving and receiving constructive feedback to enhance personal and team performance. Comfortable working with complex and ambiguous subject matters, and demonstrate agility in evolving regulatory landscapes. What role will you play? You will be responsible for supporting the organisation in the risk management and framework design across our core policy areas of Data, Records, and AI. This will include the following: Risk and Control framework design and simplification to support the organisation embed and manage their risks across data, records, and AI. Training and development to elevate the understanding and application of data, records, and AI risk principles across the organisation. Risk advisory to support the organisation in effectively managing data, records, and AI risk sustainably. Risk reporting, governance, and tooling to support the organisation with timely and relevant risk metrics to inform business decisions.
