About the role Reporting to the Freight Planning Manager, you will be accountable for coordinating operational aspects of GrainCorp’s supply chain, including contract and order management, scheduling, timeslots, and road freight provider management. This is a leadership role based at our Marong site. About your experience Candidates will have relevant industry experience, ideally in road freight and bulk-focused, as well as proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team of planners and time slotters. Candidates will also demonstrate: Familiarity with compliance laws and a commitment to safety. Product knowledge, including commodity specifications, supply chain planning, end-user customer requirements, freight, grain markets, arbitrage, and trade rules. Experience in customer management and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders. Able to manage tasks with a high level of ambiguity to make customer and operation decisions in a timely manner.
