Permanent, Full-time opportunity with a monthly RDO. Band 6 salary from $88,829.00 to $98,566.00 per annum plus superannuation Exciting opportunity to supervise a dynamic and close-knit team! The Role This position plays a key role in the management and maintenance of the City of Ballarat’s sealed road and associated infrastructure assets. The Road Network Supervisor will work closely with internal crews and contractors in the planning and delivery of works in carrying out maintenance and renewal activities within the Civil Operations division. About You The successful candidate will have previous experience in supervising field staff and managing contractors in a civil maintenance environment. They will have sound knowledge of civil maintenance techniques relating to sealed roads, linemarking, signage and bridge maintenance as well as hold a current driver's license.
