We're looking for an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our Consulting Practice - Intelligent Automation team! As an RPA Developer, you'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions that elevate our efficiency and productivity. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team, you'll leverage cutting-edge tools such as UI Path and Power Automate to automate tasks, freeing up valuable time for strategic initiatives. UiPath Document Understanding and Machine learning experience in UiPath is mandatory for this position, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. This is a permanent role and based in Sydney. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Senior Developer across the entire SDLC from design to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Communicate technical solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with architectural and security standards. Develop frameworks and code/configurations to deliver automated outcomes. Create and maintain test plans for automation projects, ensuring quality and reliability. Support, maintain, and enhance automated processes, including updates for system changes. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, facilitating future maintenance and scalability. Implement quality standards, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms for automation performance. Provide support to IT teams for the implementation of RPA prerequisites and environment setup. Ensure RPA and Automation tools are up-to-date and aligned with supported versions. Maintain operational automations to ensure seamless functionality. Required Skills & Capabilities: Deep experience with UiPath and Document Understanding with Machine Learning Able to advise implementation approaches for Document Understanding as part of an Automation solution Agile development experience and proficiency in the end-to-end lifecycle of an RPA project. Proficient in delivery planning, support, and maintenance activities. Ability to co-create automation solutions with business SMEs and produce high-calibre documentation. Experience in an environment using APIs (Ideally with Salesforce) and .NET Working as part of a team with onshore and offshore developers Qualifications & Experience: UiPath Certification 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing automated RPA processes using UI Path. 4-7 years of software development experience with multiple programming languages. 2-3 years of experience with integration formats such as JSON, SOAP, XML, and YAML. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Computer Science, or Engineering. AWS Certification.
