Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. The role Our Robotics program continues to go from strength to strength, from state champions to world qualifiers. As a result, we are seeking a permanent part-time administration resource to join our team for 21 hours per week. We are offering flexible working days and start and finish times. There will be an occasional requirement to work at events that may fall in the evening and on weekends. The Robotics Administration Co-ordinator reports to the Head of Robotics in collaboration with the Robotics Manager, Head of Co-curricular Learning, Robotics Mentors, and Cocurricular Administration team. The Robotics Administration Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of Robotics and coordinating week-to-week processes to ensure the utmost productivity within the many elements of the program, including logistics, event management, record-keeping, and financial administration. We are keen to find an experienced administrator who has a real passion for Robotics and a desire to ensure that our Program is run in a professional, efficient, and seamless manner. Our kind of team member You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, ideally in an educational setting Advanced MS Office Suite and a familiarity with robotics systems or the willingness to learn Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with an eye for detail Knowledge or understanding of School Robotics / STEM programs (e.g., FIRST, VEX) or co-curricular programs is desirable Experience in event management is a strong advantage Excellent people and relationship management skills Willingness to support and promote the ethos and values of the College The ability to show discretion and confidentiality where required as related to the Program Your kind of workplace Pymble people are at the heart of what the College offers its students.
