To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery. Attributes Full training will be provided for those wishing to enter the industry, providing the right attitude is demonstrated. Reliable and punctual. A genuine friendly approach to staff and guests is essential. A willingness to work as part of a team or independently. Good knowledge of hotels or the serviced apartment industry and procedures is desirable. Flexibility to work a varied roster including weekends. Patience and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. An eye for detail, professional personal presentation, and good organisational skills.
