Job Description Mercure Port of Echuca is seeking experienced casual housekeeping team members (room attendant/public area attendant). Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster is required. Key Responsibilities: Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards. Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently. Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to WHS guidelines. Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as required. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work. Follow all hotel and company policies and procedures. Must be well organized. Punctual & reliable. Honest, consistent, & detail-oriented. Must Have: Previous experience is a plus, but not necessary; training will be provided. Ability to handle the physical demands of the role. Willingness to learn. Strong work ethic with a focus on efficiency and thoroughness. Excellent communication and time management skills, along with a friendly attitude. Dependability and reliability.
