The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Room Leader Diploma Educator to join our newly opened purpose-built centre at Northmead in our 0-2 years room (92 placed centre). They should be able to motivate and support educators regarding the day-to-day running of the room, programming responsibilities, and creating a warm and inviting environment for all children and families. Essential Criteria: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Teaching. At least 1 year experience as a Room Leader or Assistant Room Leader. Planning, implementing, and evaluating a curriculum/program for individuals and groups in accordance with approved curriculum frameworks. A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
