Are you an experienced Rope Access operator with expertise in window cleaning and remedial work? Vertimax Australia is looking for an onsite team leader to join their rope access team. About Us: Vertimax Australia is a dynamic construction services company specialising in high-rise building maintenance. Our diverse range of services includes remedial works, height safety services, high-rise window cleaning, BMUs and car parking services, moving roofs services. Role Overview: As a team leader your role will involve executing and overseeing high-rise window cleaning, height safety inspections and remedial work on twin rope access systems. You will be responsible for delivering quality projects to high rise buildings in the heart of the city and leading our teams on site to ensure safety and productivity expectations are met daily. Prerequisite Qualifications and Skills (Must have): Rope Access Licence Lvl 2 or Lvl 3. Proven experience as a high-rise window cleaner and operator. Proven track record of managing teams. Relevant certifications for working at heights. Strong commitment to safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team.
