This critical role ensures our services run efficiently, align with operational needs, comply with employment agreements, and maintain the highest standards of care. What You’ll Do: Preparing rosters that meet site requirements, service needs, and budget allocations. Developing schedules in line with the Sundale Enterprise Agreement and employment conditions. Ensuring team members’ rostered hours align with their contracted agreements. Responding to daily changes by organizing relief staff to maintain adequate staffing and skill levels. Verifying that team members’ licenses and certifications are current before rostering. Managing leave schedules and updating daily roster variations. Ensuring timesheets are accurate and submitted promptly. Collaborating with the Site Manager on issues like excessive leave, “no shows,” or overtime. Resolving team members’ rostering queries promptly and efficiently. Supporting administrative functions, including backfilling the Administration Officer role when needed. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and undertaking general administrative tasks. Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking for: Experience: Previous experience in rostering or coordinating teams within a similar environment, preferably Health/Aged Care environment. Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the Sundale Enterprise Agreement and employment conditions. Familiarity with internal auditing processes. Skills: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced computer literacy and adaptability to new technology. Exceptional multitasking skills to thrive in a dynamic administrative environment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to high standards. Current Police Check. Pre-employment Medical Assessment.
