The Roster Coordinator is responsible for the development, management, and continuous improvement of workforce rostering processes at Junction. This role ensures compliance with the Social and Community Services Award and Junction Support Services EBA, while optimising staff allocation to meet operational needs. The Roster Coordinator will act as a subject matter expert in roster management software as part of the HRIS project, contributing to its implementation, effective use, and continuous improvement.
