The Rostering Team is instrumental in the smooth operation of Northcott and providing quality customer service to Northcott customers, staff, and teams. The Rostering Coordinator will be required to proactively communicate, listen, interpret, and match the needs of all stakeholders to the appropriate task. As a Rostering Consultant, you will have a shared passion for excellence in customer service along with your team. About Northcott Northcott is a not-for-profit disability service provider that works with customers to realise their potential. As one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit disability service organisations, we provide services from metropolitan and regional locations throughout NSW and the ACT. You will The role involves rostering and matching the support worker to the customer requirements and preferences while maintaining the customer database according to the relevant procedure. Your daily tasks will include: Manage all enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Manage and coordinate staff available to meet the needs of our customers. Proactively problem solve in instances of cancellations, unplanned leave, and incident response. Have direct report to the Customer Service Manager. About you Self-starter with strong organisational skills. Experience in rostering, scheduling, bookings, or complex diary management. Demonstrate attention to detail through sustained stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated experience handling high volumes of service requests. High level of computer and literacy skills. Previous experience with customer databases and/or scheduling/rostering systems. Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with numerous competing deadlines. Rostering Role also requires Ability to work between 6am-8pm and on weekend shifts on a rotating roster basis.
