About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to offer our Resort guests and the local community a variety of holistic services and treatments designed to relax, rejuvenate, and educate. As part of our team, you will develop a strategic plan aimed at achieving key financial targets related to product sales, treatments within our Day Spa and Hair Salon. Building an engaged and cohesive team will be crucial to your success. Enhance the guest journey through the spa, ensuring all procedures, standards, and systems are well-defined and effectively trained. Deliver a premier wellness, health, and beauty experience by recruiting and developing top-notch Spa Therapists. Keep treatments and product offerings at the Ubika Day Spa on-trend. Create and implement a strategic plan to elevate the Ubika Brand and achieve ambitious financial goals. Utilize timely yield management strategies to navigate business fluctuations. Maintain an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation within the spa environment. Monitor local competitors to identify opportunities for enhancing the Ubika Spa offerings. Stay current with global trends in health, wellness, and beauty. Foster strong relationships within a structured hotel environment. Ensure the Ubika Day Spa aligns with Rydges Resort Hunter Valley’s operating standards, including cross-promotion and marketing initiatives. Provide reception and beauty treatments as needed.
