Reporting to the National Safety Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, assisting with safety communications, and maintaining essential safety documentation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to safety culture. This role will see you responsible for (but not limited to): Supporting the Health & Safety Management System, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate Organising safety meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, and minutes Scheduling and coordinating monthly safety inspections Assisting in the creation and distribution of Health & Safety communications Supporting national safety-related training coordination Monitoring safety compliance and following up on corrective actions Managing incident reporting databases and preparing monthly safety performance reports Helping implement Health & Wellbeing campaigns FOR YOU... As Safety Administrator you will provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the National Safety Lead and the wider Safety team.The role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure that all regulatory, quality, and environmental requirements are met. You will be highly flexible, and adaptable with exceptional interpersonal skills. You will also possess: Experience in administration, ideally in a safety or compliance-related role Strong organisational and multitasking skills – attention to detail is a must!
