We are ambitious trailblazers, aiming to be an indispensable element in brands' media strategy. We are a growing team of 50+ people, working primarily remote, headquartered in Australia and consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About The Role As Sales Director based out of Sydney, you will be accountable for iion’s relationships with current and potential agency and brand partners in the ANZ region. You will focus on winning agency/ brand accounts as well as grow existing agency / brand business. Role Responsibilities: Define a Go To Market strategy for ANZ, prioritizing based on existing relationships and mid/long-term potential Fine tune and implement sales strategies across various market segments to further accelerate advertiser and business growth Ownership and accountability of region’s sales success across existing accounts and new business prospects Work closely with marketing to implement an account-based strategy, develop sales materials and create proposals that win business Forecast, track and measure sales KPIs using CRM and reporting Create, automate and improve processes that accelerate sales and new demand business growth Attend webinars, industry events to build/solidify partnerships and keep abreast of industry knowledge Role Requirements: 6+ years of relevant experience within the AdTech ecosystem with at least 4+ years of experience driving sales in an agency/advertiser-facing role Understanding of the programmatic eco-system (including PMP/PG deals) to scale revenues Portfolio of agency relationships in the ANZ region is a must Ability to thrive in a hybrid business setting (remote and in office days) Detail-oriented, analytical mindset mixed with an outgoing personality Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail Strong leadership skills with values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo Must be collegiate, ambitious and curious - with proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Good to have: Experience in game advertising sales Prior knowledge of Sales/ CRM tracking tools like Hubspot #J-18808-Ljbffr
