Base pay range A$100.00/hr - A$150.00/hr About Our Client Our client is a prestigious consulting house renowned for its exceptional reputation and extensive global presence. With a strong foothold in various sectors, including technology, finance, and energy, they offer innovative solutions and services to a diverse range of clients. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Source to Pay (Process) SME for our client. The successful candidate will have extensive business process knowledge across the end-to-end procure-to-pay value chain for direct and indirect procurement. Key responsibilities include: Serving as a subject matter expert for source-to-pay processes Developing and maintaining detailed process documentation Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements Providing expertise in SAP S4 HANA and Ariba Supporting the integration of Maximo and Fieldglass with SAP S4 HANA and Ariba Analyzing business requirements and developing solutions Developing and delivering training programs for end-users This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading consulting firm. The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will have: Over 5 years of experience in source-to-pay process management Hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA and Ariba Experience with Maximo integration and Fieldglass (preferred) Industry experience in refineries (preferred) Strong business process knowledge Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Passionate, diligent, hardworking, and exceptional communication skills Certification in SAP S4 HANA or Ariba (highly desirable) Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma (highly desirable) What is on Offer This opportunity offers the chance to work in a prestigious consulting house with amazing end clients.
