Company Overview: A leader in the Energy industry is in need of an SAP Extensibility Lead, based in the heart of Perth. As they embark on a transformative journey with the S4 Hana implementation, the need for a dedicated and experienced Extensibility Lead will play a pivotal role in the project’s success. Role Overview: As the Extensibility Lead, you will spearhead the integration and customization efforts within the S4 Hana transformation project. Your expertise in extending S4 Hana functionalities will ensure that the system meets specific business requirements and operational efficiency. You will define and execute the extensibility framework, ensuring critical stakeholder buy-in and managing relationships with the System Integrator. Key Responsibilities: Lead the S4 Hana extensibility efforts from planning to execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define extensibility strategies and timelines. Gain critical stakeholder buy-in and maintain strong communication channels. Ensure the robustness, scalability, and maintainability of custom extensions. Work closely with the System Integrator to manage the extensibility process effectively. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of custom functionalities. Monitor and report on extensibility progress, addressing any issues promptly. Provide expertise in SAP Fiori, ABAP for S4 Hana, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Requirements: Proven experience in leading S4 Hana extensibility projects previously in a global ERP environment. Strong understanding of extensibility processes, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of SAP Fiori, ABAP for S4 Hana, and SAP BTP is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively with System Integrators to ensure successful customization. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
