460degrees seeks to hire a SAP Payroll Consultant to lead a complex payroll migration project. The client, a large FMCG company, is transitioning from Chris21 and ADP to SAP Payroll. The role: Drive the payroll migration process Take ownership of solution design, providing direction for the implementation Lead and coordinate work between SI consultants and internal client teams Serve as the primary driver of the project Manage any risks related to migration This role requires individuals who are not only proficient with SAP Payroll but also possess strong communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the migration process is smooth, efficient, and meets all necessary compliance standards. They will be expected to liaise with various stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. Experience Required: An Expert in HRIS integrations with SuccessFactors, Kronos, and SAP Payroll. An Expert in system architecture and technical leadership. Experience with defining technical requirements to manage the systems Previous implementation experience necessary Expertise in complex payroll system migrations Proficiency in SAP Payroll and understanding of payroll processes Strong stakeholder management skills and previous implementation experience Ability to drive and influence SI consultants Exposure to large-scale projects within a leading FMCG company In addition to technical expertise, this role demands strong leadership capabilities. The consultant will need to manage the expectations of senior stakeholders, troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration, and provide support to internal teams to ensure the new payroll system is effectively adopted.
