Full Circle Partners are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Reporting Principal who will be responsible for defining and delivering the S/4 HANA reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices for a Greenfield S/4 HANA project. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and a System Integrator to implement cutting-edge reporting and analytics solutions. This is a Perth-based position, however, we will consider candidates from the Eastern States if they're willing to either fully relocate, or be on site in Perth 90% of the time given this position is client-facing. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the SAP S/4 HANA reporting strategy Assess existing reporting solutions and recommend improvements or replacements Design and deliver SAP Embedded Analytics solutions, including custom CDS views Work with SAP Datasphere and Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, and present solutions Collaborate with a System Integrator to ensure high-quality deliverables Provide training and documentation for end users What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of experience in SAP reporting & analytics within large ERP projects Proven track record in S/4 HANA Greenfield implementations Deep expertise in SAP Embedded Analytics, CDS views, and SAP Datasphere Strong skills in Power BI and data visualization Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities Background in the Energy industry is highly desirable What’s on Offer? 24-month contract with potential for extension Competitive daily rate Hybrid work – Perth-based with flexible options Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge SAP transformation If you have the expertise and drive to take ownership of reporting in a high-impact SAP S/4 HANA project, we’d love to hear from you.
