As the SAP Analytics Cloud Development Lead , you will be responsible for managing our SAP Analytics team, providing strategic direction and delivery of related architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud based solutions to address the needs of our business. You will be expected to provide guidance & mentorship to less-experienced team members and work collaboratively with business stakeholders to drive adoption of delivered analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions (includes SAP datasphere), ensuring solution alignment with business requirements & objectives. Collaborate with Enterprise / Solution Architects to define our organization’s Analytics Strategy & Roadmap and best practices for development and operational management. Provide mentoring to less-experienced team members, fostering both their technical skill & business acumen development. Evaluation of analytics tools & technologies to determine potential benefit to our organizational outcomes. Technical leadership and delivery support to BAU and Project teams throughout all phases of project delivery. Maintenance of your skills & capabilities to remain up to date with new SAP Analytics Cloud functionalities. Qualifications/Capability Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience developing SAP Analytics Cloud solutions (including SAP Datasphere). Deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud architecture, data modelling, and visualization capabilities. Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud administration including security configuration, user management, and system maintenance. Proven track record for delivery of complex analytics projects from inception to completion. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP Datasphere. Knowledge of SAP HANA, SQL, and other database technologies. Strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
