WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE? Own the overall technical architecture of SAP systems (including the integrations with non-SAP systems), ensuring alignment with organizational and business goals. Oversee integrations and performance optimization for SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba and Concur in On-Prem and RISE model. Serve as an advisor for evaluating and implementing technical solutions to support business transformation. Instance consolidation to unify multiple SAP S4/HANA systems. Infrastructure migration to AWS environment, optimizing performance and cost. Upgrades and modernizations to maintain compliance and system capabilities. Transition to API-driven integrations using SAP BTP and microservices. Building a holistic solution for Master Data Management for the SAP landscape (MDG) and transition to centralized or core instance solutions. Data extraction enhancements by migrating from DIC to SAP DataSphere, focusing on performance and cost optimization. Implementation of Tricentis automated testing to ensure quality. Expansion and optimization of Fiori applications for improved user experience. Implementation of GRC tools to enhance security, compliance, and SoD. Collaborate with Product Owners and functional teams (StP, OtC, RtR, Treasury) to align technical solutions with business requirements. Oversee the design and management of integrations across SAP systems and external applications, leveraging SAP BTP for APIs and microservices. Manage the transition of existing integrations and interfaces to modern architectures for scalability and flexibility. Act as the primary technical point of contact for SAP-related topics, ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP RISE, including technical setup, integration, and optimization. Experience with AWS hosting for SAP systems, including migration and performance tuning. Advanced understanding of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and strategies for simplification or transition. Familiarity with SAP DataSphere and modern data extraction tools, focusing on performance and cost efficiency. Familiarity with Tricentis automated testing implementation for SAP systems. Expertise in Fiori application development and expansion for user experience optimization. Strong background in SAP integration using tools such as SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, and APIs/microservices. Hands-on experience with transitioning from legacy integrations to API-driven and cloud-based architectures. Expertise in SAP Transport Management Systems (TMS), including managing complex transport landscapes. Familiarity with governance tools such as SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM and CALM for managing changes effectively. Proven experience leading large-scale SAP projects, including instance mergers, hosting migrations, upgrades, and decommissioning efforts. Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies and technical challenges in SAP environments. Familiarity with agile and hybrid project management methodologies. Advanced knowledge of SAP security principles, including role-based access control, SoD, and GRC implementation. Experience ensuring SAP compliance with GDPR, SOX, and other relevant standards. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in SAP systems, including leadership roles in large-scale initiatives. Certifications such as SAP S/4HANA Technical Administration, SAP BTP Integration, or AWS Cloud Architect for SAP. Proven track record of driving modernization projects and leveraging cloud technologies for SAP. WHAT CAN WE OFFER?
