Oversee planning and execution of data migration, including mock conversions and production cutovers. Ensure governance processes are followed for data migration, quality, and archiving. Lead data quality initiatives, tracking and improving key data integrity metrics. Facilitate consistency and integration across multiple project streams. Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data-related activities. Lead and mentor data teams, ensuring smooth execution of data-related deliverables. Ensure compliance with government policies and internal data standards. Skills & Experience Required: Extensive experience in data governance, migration, and management.
