Job Description We are seeking an Administration Officer to support the SEE Program delivery. The incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to): Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries, assisting with program information, and supporting onsite stakeholders. Promote and market Navitas Skilled Futures programs while coordinating and assisting with site events. Provide administrative support, including accurate data entry, document preparation, invoicing, and responding to inquiries. Assist with operations, system improvements, and maintaining a welcoming reception and student area. Maintain accurate and secure client records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Manage data entry, reporting, and analysis across NSF systems, including VETtrak. Qualifications Our ideal candidate is a dedicated educator with a passion for delivering impactful training that enhances learners' skills and opportunities.It is essential you can demonstrate the following criteria: High attention to detail. Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office and Teams. Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within an education environment. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders in a multicultural learning environment. Advanced computer application skills including Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated awareness of a range of cultural perspectives and sensitive approaches to our clients and stakeholders.
