About the Role: We are looking for a Strategic Market Intelligence Consultant or Senior Consultant fluent in Spanish or Italian. This role involves working on international market intelligence projects, translating clients’ needs into actionable strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the project outcome. Whether as a Consultant or Senior Consultant, your position will depend on your skills and experience. In each case, we guarantee that you will work on real business cases of large international organizations, engage with key stakeholders, and bring genuine value to our clients. Each project will be different, offering the chance to learn about various business processes from experienced professionals. Your responsibilities will be split between delivery and sales activities. Delivery: Design project methodology based on client needs. Create research tools (e.g., interview discussion guides). Execute projects, including desk research, in-depth interviews, and data analysis. Manage a team of consultants, analysts, and external experts. Present project deliverables to the client’s stakeholders. Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients. Proactively suggest follow-up projects. About the Perfect Candidate: Experience: At least two years in strategic consulting, market intelligence, market research, data analysis, or project management. Language skills: Fluent in English (native or business level) and proficient in Spanish or Italian (at least C-level). Analytical skills: Capable of synthesizing large and small pieces of information into valuable insights and actionable recommendations. Creative thinking: Skilled in finding valuable data sources and formulating relevant questions for in-depth interviews with industry experts. Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients, discuss their business challenges and needs, recruit industry experts, and formulate interview questions. Technical proficiency: Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel; other tools are a plus. Adaptability: Openness to regularly tackling new, complex, often niche topics across different industries. Availability: Able to commit at least 20 hours per week (part-time) or 40 hours per week (full-time).
