Western Australia (about 3 hours from Perth) – Australia : Our client is looking for a Senior Farm Hand to join the team. Due to the remote location, this position would suit a single or married candidate with no kids. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Full Driver’s license. Minimum AQF 3 Chemical Accreditation Course completion (ChemCERT). Tertiary qualification in Agriculture strongly desired – this includes Certificates III and IV in agriculture. Extensive experience in farming or related field, with a proven track record of successful farm management. In-depth knowledge of agronomy, animal husbandry, and agricultural economics. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with farm management and team members. Minimum of 5 years operational experience. Demonstrates exceptional proficiency and expertise in all aspects of farm operations. Exhibits strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and mentor others. Maintains a strategic focus on long-term goals and sustainability objectives. Adapts quickly to changing circumstances and effectively manages resources to optimize outcomes. Maintains a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
