The Role: Manage a growing premium portfolio of 70 high-end properties, with 10 more added each month. Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections to maintain property standards and compliance. Coordinate and manage maintenance requests efficiently. Handle rental arrears confidently, ensuring timely resolutions. About You: A strong background in property management, with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Highly organized & detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and a growing portfolio. Tech-savvy & adaptable, with a comfort in leveraging technology to enhance workflow. An exceptional communicator & solution-oriented, capable of building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently. A collaborative team player with a positive outlook, contributing to a fun and productive work environment. You hold a current Real Estate License, have access to a reliable car, and possess a valid driver’s license to meet the demands of the role.
