As a Senior / Property Manager, you will be entrusted with managing a high-value, local portfolio of 200 properties, ensuring the highest standards of service for both owners and tenants. You’ll be part of an elite team, supported by a Junior Property Manager and Leasing Consultant, working Monday to Friday in a rewarding, dynamic environment.Your duties will include:Managing a premium portfolio of 200 local properties —ensuring efficient, high-quality service to both owners and tenants in your area of expertise Building strong, lasting relationships with owners and tenants , including conducting on-site inspections, providing valuable advice, and addressing concerns Negotiating lease renewals with a strategic approach that benefits both parties and ensures continued satisfaction Overseeing rental arrears and proactively managing rental payments to maintain the integrity of the portfolio Handling tribunal proceedings and ensuring the smooth, professional resolution of any disputes Delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the agency’s reputation for excellence, and going above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of both owners and tenants This is a truly exciting, high-responsibility role, offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity to showcase your expertise in a respected, luxury agency.The Candidate: We’re looking for an experienced and driven professional who:Has proven experience as a Property Manager Holds a current Certificate of Registration and Driver’s License Possesses exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills Thrives in a team environment, eager to collaborate and support colleagues when needed Is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships Has in-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 If you’re ready to take on a role that offers professional growth, stability, and the opportunity to work with a luxury brand, apply now!
