TRUE PICTURES We are searching for a Senior Video Producer to oversee all aspects of video production from concept development to final delivery, including creative direction, filming, editing, and distribution, ensuring high-quality content aligns with marketing objectives while managing budgets, timelines, and a production team across multiple projects; the ideal candidate should have extensive experience in video production and a deep understanding of video storytelling strategies. Tasks & Responsibilities Key responsibilities: Creative Vision: Develop and execute innovative video concepts, aligning with brand identity and marketing goals, to create compelling narratives and impactful video content. Project Management: Lead the entire video production process, including pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, filming, post-production editing, and distribution across various platforms. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a production crew, including camera operators, sound technicians, editors, and other creative personnel. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, translate them into effective video concepts, and present final deliverables that meet expectations. Technical Proficiency: Possess in-depth knowledge of video production equipment, editing software, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality production value. Budgeting and Time Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints. Storytelling Skills: Craft engaging narratives, develop scripts, and direct shoots to capture compelling visuals that resonate with the target audience. Qualification & Experience Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in video production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid). Strong understanding of camera techniques, lighting, and sound design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Deep knowledge of video marketing strategies and trends. Experience with social media video formats and distribution platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an associated field.
