Job Description

This is a fast paced and dynamic role, where you will be constantly learning and growing while working across a diverse range of clients and industries. It will suit an ambitious graduate or someone new to the industry who wants to develop a career in media, advertising, or website development. Attitude is everything, experience and skills can come later. Role Overview Day to day, you will work primarily with the SEO & Website Executive and SEO & Website Director, as well as the rest of the product streams to deliver a high performing product offering. You will assist with developing and executing SEO & Website strategies, auditing across relevance, technical and authority pillars of SEO, and optimising websites and other owned media channels for search engines to improve organic visibility. Qualifications No direct experience is required for this role, but some previous experience is preferable. Tertiary education in a related field (e.g. Advertising, Commerce, Business, Marketing) or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of how SEO and Websites work and how they tie in with other media channels. Basic ability to deliver on SEO and Website projects involving both on-site and off-site elements. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in industry tools and technology, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Screaming Frog, are preferable but not mandatory. Developing presentation and communication skills with the objective of being able to successfully communicate your opinion with the wider team. Well organised with strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
