Job Description: Organize the company's business processes and establish relevant company policies; Manage the company's accounts receivable and conduct inventory management; Review the reasonableness and compliance of reimbursement, payment, and other business operations; Provide support for auditing sales documents and issuing related documents; Complete monthly operational analysis reports, propose rational suggestions, and follow up on tasks; Communicate, coordinate, and connect with external bookkeeping agents, including file management; Liaise with external audit and tax departments to conduct annual audit reports and other compliance checks. Qualifications: Over 3 years of financial work experience; Familiar with Australian financial systems, tax-related regulations, and local bookkeeping and tax filing; Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese preferred.
