Monadelphous is seeking 2x SMP/Blast & Paint Supervisor to support our Coastal & West Pilbara, and Port Hedland Operations. You will support a long-term Structural Integrity program of works across multiple sites in the Pilbara. The role will be responsible for providing support to scope remedial works, selection of materials and equipment, development of scaffold plans, and implementing effective access methods for the development of work packs during the initial stage of the project. Once the project has mobilized to site, the role will be responsible for the supervision of trades and subcontractors during execution and forming strong relationships with client representatives.
