Influencer Role SYD-based $80k+ We’re looking to speak with a SYD-based Talent with an interest and experience in the world of influencers! Working within a national creative agency, this role will primarily involve liaising with national influencers, booking talent, contract negotiations, production/event scheduling, and social media. The successful Account Manager will work with a Content Creator & Social Producer to develop and implement content for influencers and various brands. The Account Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to work with the internal Production team, work directly with clients, and deliver outstanding content. If you have talent or influencer management expertise and have worked in a PR, social, or media agency – WE WANT YOU! The Opportunity: Support the Head of Production and work internally with a Content Creator & Social Producer Relationship management (both clients and talent) Source, negotiate and hire influencers on behalf of various clients within the agency Identify new opportunities and pitch creative ideas to the Production team Research and provide reports to clients based on influencer performance Train and onboard new influencer talent Be the key point of contact for contract negotiations, social media content, and client info Be on top of emerging trends within the influencer industry You: Currently live in Sydney and have full working rights Ideally, you have 2-3 years of industry experience working with social marketing or PR teams Your extensive experience working across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X will be transferable to this role Experienced developing relationships with influencers in the lifestyle and entertainment industries Experience working directly with clients/key stakeholders Have previously managed and negotiated Talent contracts Your passion is social media, marketing, and influencer management You’re currently working in an influencer/talent manager role and understand social influencer strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
