Position Summary: Work closely with the Senior Management Team and CEO to enable and support continuous quality improvement, exceptional patient care and a consumer engagement culture. Lead, advise and monitor internal and external review processes and clinical governance oversight and management. Facilitation of consistent policy, protocol and guideline practice and compliance. Manage the framework for accreditation & regulatory bodies. Essential: • Values based individual.• Highly developed interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.• Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with the accreditation process and regulatory management.• Experience in Stakeholder engagement and management.• Research and project management skills.• Demonstrated training and presentation skills.• Demonstrated proficiency in policy development and implementation.• High level of computer literacy including Windows office suite, etc.• Ability to work independently. Desirable: • Formal qualification in Governance and/or Safety & Quality.• Formal qualification in Learning & Development.• Demonstrated leadership and management training or experience.
