This role will be based in Sydney and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. A unique opportunity exists within our Health and Safety Consulting practice. The Safety Systems Coordinator role reports to the Managing H&S Consultant and is part of a team of specialist consultants who deliver WHS services, including innovative digital safety solutions. We are seeking a passionate and driven professional with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to take on a crucial role in the development and implementation of HSI Donesafe safety software solutions for our clients. We will count on you to: Develop project scope and clear implementation deliverables in conjunction with clients and Safety Consultants. Translate client requirements into actionable steps to configure Safety Systems. Maintain clear and prompt communication with our clients and Safety Consultants on project status and timelines. Plan and manage projects effectively, identifying and addressing key risks and issues. Manage client requests and problem-solving to deliver client-first outcomes. Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time. What you need to have: 1-2 years experience in WHS advisory or a related role is desirable. Implementation of digital WHS systems (highly regarded). HSI Donesafe platform experience (highly regarded). High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Tertiary degree in Work Health and Safety, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) or working towards (highly regarded). What makes you stand out: Experience with innovative digital safety solutions.
