The Company: Our client is a family-owned and operated Civil Contractor in the beautiful Gascoyne region, who has been a staple of the region for over 32 years. Their specialty is very much within the road construction and maintenance space with repeat business clients. The Role: Due to continued expansion, they are currently in search of an experienced Safety and Compliance Advisor to join the team. The position involves ensuring that the business remains compliant with ISO standards to maintain their accreditation whilst maintaining a site presence to ensure connection with the team and championing the safety culture. Duties include but are not limited to: Ensuring the IMS is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the ISO14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 Standards. Ensure that audits and inspections are conducted in accordance with the schedule. Investigate and report HSE incidents, implementing actions to prevent reoccurrence. Work and cooperate with management and the Company in meeting environmental & WHS statutory and other requirements. About you: Cert IV: Work Health and Safety is essential. Exposure to Health & Safety within the Civil Construction, or similar industry. Experience with IMS. Strong understanding of ISO14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 Standards. Exposure to Asphalt and Spray Seal is beneficial. Construction Industry White Card. Working knowledge of HSE legislation and requirements. Current driver's license. The Offer: $130k base + super.
