About the Role As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts at both national and local levels. Collaborating with the Sales Team, you’ll focus on customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving profitable revenue outcomes. This role suits someone dynamic, goal-oriented, and ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the discovery, implementation, and growth of new business opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of your customers’ businesses and market strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Take ownership of the commercial outcomes for your portfolio. Represent the brand with respect and integrity in client interactions. About You You’ll bring: Demonstrated experience in account management, ideally in a B2B environment. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on value-based propositions. Excellent communication and influencing abilities. A natural curiosity, goal orientation, and a commitment to learning.
