We're hiring 3 Sales Account Managers across Sydney & Melbourne, to play a pivotal role in managing and growing this major account. This is your chance to work at the forefront of digital advertising, turning supplier marketing budgets into high-impact campaigns that drive real results. What You’ll Be Doing Own the Strategy – Develop and execute sales strategies that unlock new revenue opportunities. Drive Growth – Secure investments from brands and suppliers, turning budgets into impactful campaigns. Be the Connector – Partner closely with category teams, brands and media agencies to understand priorities and maximise campaign performance. Hit Targets & Deliver Results – Consistently exceed revenue goals, backed by data-driven insights and innovative thinking. Pitch, Negotiate & Close – Confidently present media solutions, negotiate deals, and manage end-to-end campaign execution. Who We’re Looking For Media Sales– 3+ years in media sales or account management, ideally with digital, OOH, or programmatic experience. Strategic Thinker – You don’t just sell; you craft smart, data-led media solutions. Master Relationship-Builder – Skilled at working with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
