A prestigious, market-leading real estate agency is seeking a Customer Service Manager (CSM) to join their close-knit team at a stunning office in Manly . This Monday to Saturday role (with a weekday off) offers the opportunity to support sales processes and manage key administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support throughout the sales process Managing vendor and buyer inquiries, and liaising with solicitors Performing real-time data entry in CRM systems Preparing for listing presentations and auction packs Ensuring compliance of sales documentation Coordinating with valuers, inspectors, council, and solicitors Arranging and preparing properties for photoshoots/styling Organizing and attending open home inspections Undertaking pre-settlement inspections The Benefits: $80k - $90k package (including car and phone allowance) Stunning office on Manly beachfront Peloton room in the office Supportive, high-performing team Opportunity to work with a top-tier, market-leading agency The Ideal Candidate: Certificate of Registration (COR) required Valid car and driver’s license essential Familiarity with Box & Dice, Campaign Track, and RP Data highly regarded Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills All applications are confidential.
