Role requirements Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with the local real estate market Goal oriented and self-motivated Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence and proof of current CPD compliance Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities Ability to support and complement the efforts of the lead agent Excellent customer service and communication skills NSW Assistant Agent Certificate OR be willing to obtain prior to commencement. Duties of the Sales Associate / Co-agent will include, but are not limited to: Assisting the lead agent with daily tasks and responsibilities Coordination of client appointments, including final inspections, property photoshoots, and pest and building inspections Prospecting activities to generate leads Preparation of reports, pre-listing kits, market reports, and proposal documentation Responding to e-mail and phone enquiries promptly and efficiently Conducting midweek and Saturday open homes and private inspections Conducting follow-up calls with potential buyers following inspections Maintaining client relationships If you are ready to make your mark in the real estate industry, apply now!
