About The Role The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support our production team, venue and experiential teams, and the General Manager with sales administration, operations, product development, communications, and community management. Tasks & Responsibilities Purchase Orders, Invoices, and internal sales orders (MYOB) Collaboration with Otherside's Third Party Distributor (Grape & Grain) Collaboration with Otherside's venue managers and key partnerships Collaboration with Otherside logistics team and third party logistics Product warehousing and transfers Stock on hand reporting and production planning assistance Coordination of Container Deposit Scheme and GS1 requirements Otherside Online Full oversight of Otherside Online store (Shopify) Responding to online enquiries Ownership over promotion and fulfilment of Otherside Beer Club Product Management Packaging and label design & production Ownership limited-run production releases, including scheduling, production quantity, packaging, tracking, briefing, and design & asset support Identifying and liaising with WA-based creatives for development of Creative Release products Full oversight of Otherside merchandise, including design briefing, outputs, production, and inventory General Marketing Coordinate brand EDMs, including Tycoons, Th3 Social Club, Otherside Online Support General Manager in creative rollout for promotions, trade collateral, printed materials, and venue materials Otherside Beer Tycoons Ownership of onboarding Tycoon members, including information collection, welcome pack creation & distribution, Tycoon bricks, and benefits Ideation and execution of various Tycoon offers and benefits, in line with Marketing Plan and product activity Supporting General Manager with digitisation of Tycoon program Events Supporting Head of Brand Experience with roll out of brand-led events and activations across Otherside properties, as required General Office Administration Support Answering the main phone line at Otherside Brewing Co, taking messages and emailing enquiries/requests to appropriate staff, as required Document storage within Microsoft 365 Required Skills Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consumer marketing or sales administration role Experience with MYOB Account Right or other account / inventory management software Proven history with B2C marketing communications High level project and time management skills High level communication and copywriting skills High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Outlook Willingness to obtain RSA Certification Experience with ad agency or creative briefing is a bonus Experience with beer and/or hospitality industry is a bonus Our Values in Practice At Otherside, we live and breathe our organisational values, which support our company culture.
